Lupe Fiasco is hands down one of my favorite
rappers artists. I’m especially a fan of his earlier work from the “Kick Push” days. Anyway, below is his latest offering, which is actually three songs (Lamborghini Angels, Ital (Roses) and Audubon Ballroom) from his most recent album titled Food & Liquor II: The Great American Rap Album, Part 1, rolled into one 13 minute video.
Of course, this video comes with a message.
Fiasco’s three-music-video hybrid is titled #1234 and embraces artistic symbolism as a means to address an array of social conflicts – including racism, economic issues, and the use/misuse of media sharing.
